You are in charge of these,
your universes,
And we are all together.

For tens of thousands of years, humans knew how to recover from life’s hurts. We cried, laughed, trembled, shook, sweated, and yawned our way back to clarity. These release valves are written into the body — the blueprint for resilience.
But over generations, we were told to hold it in. To stay composed. To push through. Shame has built up around our deepest instincts, until the very ways we’re designed to heal now feel embarrassing, weak, or wrong. And so the hurt lingers. We cope, we numb, we perform, we achieve — but inside, we’re heavy, stuck, and secretly wondering why it still feels like something is missing.
At School of Tears, we reclaim this birthright. Here, you’ll learn to move the stored hurt out of your body — not once in a breakthrough moment, but as a regular practice, like exercising a muscle. You’ll do it in connection with others, because no human thrives in isolation. And as you clear the weight you’ve been carrying, you’re ready to learn to quiet the mind and build your vision. You begin to move through life relaxed, with clarity, purpose, and the radical permission to actually enjoy it.

Tools of Re-evaluation Peer Counseling Classes
We shouldn’t be left alone to feel hard feelings. That already happened way too much when we were little. Learn to feel with the support of a community and acquire the tools to counsel others in their feelings as well. Peer counseling democratizes therapy. It’s a like a group fitness class instead of a one-on-one personal trainer- it’s more affordable, with a group field, and a way to build relationships with folks with similar goals of emotional reslience.

One-on-one & Couples Counseling
Sometimes we need one-way time, whether it’s to process a big event, or there’s something we keep running into and need the time to work it deeply through.
I work with parent-child relationships, stressed or estranged friendships, one-on-one, parents and/or couples who are ready for their lives and relationships to not only thrive, but thrive reliably.

Group Work
Bring your people together and invite me to teach a class, facilitate a workshop or retreat.
I love collaborating and weaving in my expertise with the needs and desires of a group.
Current collaborations: Teaching webinars for the Jewish Community on feeling terrified, collaborating on a men’s circle about men’s oppression/liberation, teaching a class for new parents designed around their work/bedtime schedules.
