General Counseling
Reclaim your emotional connection: Reconnect with the ability to release emotions through crying, laughing, shaking, yawning, trembling, sweating as a means to create more stable mental health and ongoing resilience.
Address personal hurts and distress : Explore and heal from emotional wounds - inherited generational patterning, early childhood mistreatment, or societal conditioning.
Men’s Liberation
Men wanting to reclaim emotional well-being: Helping men access and express their emotions to achieve and maintain emotional health. Men often feel overwhelmed, “never enough,” and isolated due to specific mistreatment of boys and men. Understanding this framework, learning skills to recover from the mistreatment, and reclaiming their full “goodness” is essential to living a more fulfilling life.
Women’s Liberation
Helping women heal from body image issues, concerns about aging, sexuality, and more. Women have been set up by historical oppression to compete with one another and compare themselves. Becoming a relaxed, confident person involves offloading the effects of sexism
from the inside out.
Jewish Liberation
Jews wanting to feel peace, connection and safety: Helping Jews, particularly white Ashkenazi Jews, feel safe, relaxed, and a sense of belonging in the world. A long history of betrayal and abandonment has created feelings of panic, urgency, and mistrust, as well as tendencies toward self-blame, perfectionism, and a sense of not belonging. Learn frameworks to make sense of our experiences and rewrite the narrative without skipping the important step of facing our terror. Understand and heal from the effects of antisemitism and internalized antisemitism and gain better skills to face mistreatment and dismantle it without losing connection from other Jews and gentiles.
Parent’s Liberation
Parents wanting to manage their emotional needs: Supporting parents in managing their emotional needs so they can stay present with the intensity of their children’s emotions. Parents often face overwhelming pressures from all sides. Learning how to understand and support children when they have big feelings is a transformative opportunity for the parent-child relationship.
